NFMC State Festival
Friday & Saturday, May 9-10, 2025
We’re thrilled to announce that Planet e Studios has 16 talented students confirmed to participate in the highly competitive Florida Federation of Music Clubs’ State Festival, also known as Junior Convention. This year’s event will be held on May 9th and 10th at the prestigious University of Tampa’s School of Music in Tampa, Florida.
Our students will be showcasing their skills in voice, piano, snare drum, and sight-playing, proudly representing our studio in various categories where only one winner and up to two Honorable Mentions will be chosen.
As we approach this exciting event, we want to extend our heartfelt support and well wishes to all our participating students. Your dedication and passion for music have brought you this far, and we know you’ll shine bright! Best of luck to all, and let’s bring home those accolades!
Summer Recital
Saturday, June 14th & June 21st, 2025

Our 15th recital showcase is underway, but WE NEED EVERYONE TO REGISTER RIGHT NOW IF PARTICIPATING, in order to finalize how many shows we’ll have, and the times.
Our recitals are free and open to the public, making it the perfect event to celebrate music with friends, family, and the community. It’s so rewarding to see and hear our talented students express themselves and everything they’re learning, on stage.
For participating students, there is a $20 registration fee per student to cover costs. If you’d like to perform in multiple mediums (such as voice and piano separately or an additional duet),
the registration fee is $40. The recital fee will be added to June’s monthly tuition payment. If you are a Step Up For Students recipient, the recital fee is on the EMA Portal Marketplace.
Register now, or there will only be one show with the 23 amazing students who filled the form out by the original May 1st deadline 🙂

Summer Musical Theater Camp
Monday, July 7th – Friday, August 1st, 2025
We are on track for our full-scale musical theater production of “The Big Bad Musical” this July! The plan is to spend 4 incredibly fun theatrical weeks from 9am-1:30pm, working on The Big Bad Musical: A Courthouse Comedy, led by Miss Hannah. Performances will be Friday, August 1st, at 7pm, and Saturday, August 2nd at 2pm.

“The Big Bad Musical” is a hilarious, courtroom-set musical where the Big Bad Wolf is slapped with a class-action lawsuit by fairy tale characters who want to get even: Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandmother, the Three Little Pigs, and the Shepherd in charge of the Boy Who Cried Wolf. The audience is the jury, and the Evil Stepmother and Fairy Godmother are fiery lawyers. This musical features multiple endings, so every performance is unique.
If you’re interested, let us know! There’s only room for 20 Musical Theater lovers, ages 7-17, for this experience. We are beyond excited to bring this show to life, especially with our talented students who have been waiting for an awesome camp like this at Planet e Studios.
Call/text 386.242.4014 or email to reserve your spot! Remember, if you are a Step Up for Students recipient, we are direct providers on the EMA Portal.

We’re back at Grand Villa this month, let’s give the residents a nice and full, welcome back show! This is the perfect chance to practice your recital piece, or something you’ve been working on and are ready to show off, or some back-pocket pieces that you know they’ll love.
If you’re passionate about performing and want to share your talent with others, don’t hesitate to let your teacher or Mrs. Emily know directly. Our performances offer a fantastic opportunity to spread the joy of music throughout the community and create lasting connections.
The residents truly appreciate our visits and love to sing along, especially during our group sing-a-long at the end of each show. Over time, we’ve fostered meaningful relationships with them, and it’s heartwarming to see our students becoming more confident and comfortable performing in front of an audience.
Our community is all about sharing, learning, and growing together through the power of music.
