Summer Recital

Saturday, June 14th & June 21st, 2025

Our 15th recital showcase has two shows Saturday, June 14th; 12:30pm and 3:30pm, and two shows Saturday, June 21st; 12:30pm and 2pm. All four shows are at Palm Coast Bible Church. Each show will feature different students and different instruments, and will last up to an hour. We have a great compilation of voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, and drum performances.

If you are participating in our Summer Recital, you have already received an email with the final program and final information for the big day.

Our recitals are free and open to the public, making it the perfect event to celebrate music with friends, family, and the community. For any students who weren’t sure if they wanted to participate this time around, come on out and see what it’s like. It’s so rewarding to see and hear our talented students express themselves and everything they’re learning, on stage.

Youth Rock Band Showcase

Saturday, June 14th at 2pm

Join us for the exciting conclusion of our 5th semester of Youth Rock Band, between recital shows at Palm Coast Bible Church. On Saturday, June 14th, at 2pm, our two Youth Rock Bands are performing the covers and original pieces they’ve been learning for the past 12 weeks.

This event is open to the public and we encourage all recital performers to stay after your show or arrive early for your show, depending on when your performance is, to get a taste of what music can look like when creating it together.

These rockers are working hard, preparing music they’ve never played or sung before, and sometimes on a completely new instrument to them. It’s going to be an awesome show, so come on out and show your support, especially if you’re thinking about joining the program 🙂.

Summer Musical Theater Camp

Monday, July 7th – Friday, August 1st, 2025

Planet e Studios is putting on our first full-scale, musical theater production!

Led by Miss Hannah Pierce and assisted by Mackinzie Rogan, join us for a 4-week Summer Musical Theater Camp, where we bring “The Big Bad Musical” to life this July.

“The Big Bad Musical” is a hilarious, courtroom-set musical where the Big Bad Wolf is slapped with a class-action lawsuit by fairy tale characters who want to get even: Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandmother, the Three Little Pigs, and the Shepherd in charge of the Boy Who Cried Wolf. The audience is the jury, and the Evil Stepmother and Fairy Godmother are fiery lawyers. This musical features multiple endings, so every performance is unique.

Camp is Monday thru Friday, 9am-1:30pm, from Monday July 7th, thru Friday August 1st.

Please have students bring a packed lunch each day**

The last day of camp will be at the Matanzas High School Pirate Theater instead of Planet e Studios.

Performances are at the Matanzas High School Pirate Theater Friday, August 1st at 7pm and Saturday, August 2nd at 2pm.

Our Summer Musical Theater Camp Package includes a physical script, cast T-shirt, playbill memorabilia, 2 complimentary tickets for each show, and a full month of extremely fun musical theater experiences.

**Registration & Tuition Due by Friday, June 13th: $525**

If you would like to sign up more than one applicant, complete a separate form for each of them.

There is only room for 20 Musical Theater lovers, ages 7-17, for this experience. We are beyond excited to bring this show to life, especially with our talented students who have been waiting for an awesome camp like this at Planet e Studios.

Sunday, August 17th, 2pm

Our Grand Villa Performances are taking a summer break, but mark your calendars for our next show on August 17th at 2 pm.

If you love performing and want to share your talent, let your teacher or Mrs. Emily know. Our shows allow students to bring joy to the community and forge lasting connections.

Residents treasure our visits, encouraging each student performer and singing along with us during the group sing-a-longs. Over time, we’ve built meaningful relationships, and it’s incredible to witness our students grow more confident while performing for an appreciative audience.

Sunday, Aug. 17th @ 2pm

Teacher Spotlight

Hannah Pierce

Miss Hannah has been with Planet e Studios for 1 year, this month! Voice and Musical Theater are her tunes, and with her help, Planet e Studios is able to offer a new level of Musical Theater to our students. She is not only directing our production of The Big Bad Musical this summer, but is also working on a musical theater group class to come this fall.

With us Mondays thru Fridays, Miss Hannah has a full roster of blossoming students who are active performers at Grand Villa and represented our studio with pride at the District and State Festival this year. Happy one year Anniversary, Hannah!

Our Music Explorers are graduating! Our precious 3-5 year old musicians are growing up, and we’re growing up with them. Starting August, we’ll be offering a small group Music Enrichment Class for 6-10 year olds, with a maximum of 10 students. Led by Mr. John, we’re looking at Wednesdays 12:30pm-1:30pm, but will finalize once we have our student roster and availability.

This class puts a fun spin on general music education. Students will explore and alternate instruments as they learn new musical concepts and foundations. They’ll have access to keyboards, shakers, drums, ukuleles, xylophones, and all sorts of other fun percussive instruments. They’ll even have group songs to work on together, as well as solo goals and pieces to accomplish.

If you’re a Step Up For Students recipient, this class will be available on the EMA Portal.

Interested? Tell us now! Message the business line or email us to be added to the list. Don’t wait, 10 spots fill up quickly.
