Filming in Studio January 11th

During our next make-up day, we will have a film crew coming into the studio to capture some video of all our amazing students and teachers. They will be sure to only interrupt minimally as they move from room to room. This filming is for future promotions of our studio and will get more awareness out about Planet e and the programs we offer. If you are not comfortable with being filmed, you can let us know at any time and we will be happy to oblige. Thank you for always being supportive of us!

New Sign Coming Soon

You may have noticed that the banner on the railing outside our studio is missing. We took it down for the parade and decided not to put it back because we have a new sign coming soon. The plans have been drawn up, we are just awaiting permits and manufacturing at this time. Hopefully by the end of the month we will have the sign installed.

Grand Villa Performance

Sunday, January 19th, 2pm

Don’t miss out on our upcoming Grand Villa performance on Sunday, January 19th. If you have a passion for performing and want to showcase your talent, make sure to inform your teacher or reach out to Mrs. Emily directly. These performances provide a wonderful chance to share the gift of music with the community. The residents eagerly look forward to our visits and often sing along with us, especially during the group sing-a-long at the end of each show. We are grateful for the relationships we’ve built with the residents and how our students are feeling more and more comfortable performing in front of others. If you’re unsure about performing, you are always more than welcome to come out and support, to see what it’s like and to make a new friend!

NFMC Festival

District Festival Preparation

Planet e Studios has 41 students registered for the Festival Program this year, in voice, piano, and snare drum. On Saturday, February 15, 2025, each student will perform two pieces for a music judge and will receive a rating on their performance. Whoever receives a “Superior” rating can then go on to State Festival at USF in Tampa, in May 2025. Vocalists, be sure to sign up for accompanist rehearsal sessions being offered Jan 25th, Jan 26th, Feb 1st, and Feb 2nd, so that you and your accompanist, Mr. Omar, are in-sync and ready for District Festival.
